I recently enjoyed TACO TUESDAAAAAAAYYY on Kailua Beach, Hawaii!

The sun-kissed sands, the crystal-clear waters, and the incredible food – it was a day to remember!

Kailua Beach is like the warm embrace of a dear friend. (It's often dubbed one of Hawaii's best-kept secrets.)

Now, let's talk about the real star of the day – Taco Tuuuuueeeesssssday!!!! lol

I have a special connection with tacos now that my nephew attends school in New Mexico! Each time I would check on him early in his collegiate journey, I'd ask him about Taco Tuesday and we'd exchange pictures back and forth about it.

Being able to send him a Taco Tuesday pic from a Hawaiian island was something special!

As I enjoyed my tacos, I couldn't help but think of my nephew, all the way in New Mexico. He's a young man with a heart full of dreams, and I hope one day he gets to experience the beauty of Kailua Beach and the magic of Taco Tuesday here!

This day reminded me of the beauty of God's creation and the joy in savoring the simple things in life. It's not always about jet-setting to far-off places; sometimes, it's about finding paradise in your own backyard.
