Made some divine connections today!
I was so excited today to meet a new friend!
11/25: I mentioned (in my mind) to God that I need some new friends that take the business of The Lord SERIOUSLY!
Like... BIG KEY... I need more folk out here in these Holy Ghost streets working on the work of The Word!!!
Same morning...
A friend messaged:
"Good morning ☀️ how are you? Which island are you on? I have some friends in Hawaii...."
She made the connections and prayed we'd connect.
My reply? "Yes, it will work out! I know it will!"
How do I know, you ask? Because I prayed for it.
(In my '"Uh... DUH, Denisha! OBVI!"' BIG Child of God voice.)
It's that's simple for me... and that's TRULY how I live. OUT LOUD!
I pray under my breath or in my mind and when I SEE it, I KNOW it's MINE! lol (I really don't complicate my blessings. Why? I know I prayed for it. #ijs) I EXPECT Him to answer and I don't question when He does. That's just too much for me, okay??
ANTYWHO...
Today was the day a lady and I planned to connect since family was coming into town days after we were intro'd. When it was about time to connect today, she called to say she couldn't meet due to an emergency.
And ya'll... I had REALLY been SOOOO excited about connecting. SO excited that I've been telling people, "I'm meeting my new friend today!" lol
She couldn't meet today (NOTE: I'm STILL excited!!!), so we rescheduled. I told her, I don't plan things on Sundays because I'm a pastor.
She said...
"What?! That's why we're connected! I'm a minister of the Gospel, too! I host a monthly bible study and one of the members had an emergency this morning."
Whhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaattt??
The LordT is SOOOOOO cool!
He's SOOO good!
I already have some questions in mind to ask her about the scenario she shared.
Lo and Behold though...
I was wrapping up my day by visiting the spot where I told my mom I'd like to set up a memorial for my sister.
And guess who I met??
MORE new friends!!!
One of whom does ministry with women going through divorce and she has a podcast!
Whaaaaaaaaaaat????
We exchanged numbers and plan to chat again asap!
Two days ago, a friend asked if I provide divorce support for women. While I sent her some resources I have to support women in general, I do not fit that specific request, but...
Guess who does??

Also in the connection was a divine nudge that brought tears to my eyes as soon as this woman mentioned her ministry and explained how she and her kinfolk (women) ended up in Hawaii.
I see ya God! Daddy, I SEE ya!
I also prayed (under my breath or in my mind) for a friend who would accompany me outside and take all my pictures... hahaha
Look what I got!!
He answers even the most SIMPLE of prayers and OH so quickly.
If He hasn't answered us yet... it's simply not time yet.
I KNOW that to be TRUTH!
