ROADIE NOTE: One of the benefits of traveling alone when no one else is traveling is that you get to stop in the middle of the street and take pictures!!!

NOTE: I should have slowed down a bit to get the top of that light pole.
ROADIE NOTE: This trend of adding locks to Gates is said to have derived from to Pont des Arts in Paris. This is another traveler trend OR something that many (river) walkers find in various cities. Love birds put locks on bridges to symbolize their lasting connection, yet the weight of their love creates problems that cities undo by removing the bridges (our the locks) altogether.
